At Balkonstore.nl we understand: sometimes you think, “hmm… maybe it’s not quite what I was looking for.” No problem! We offer a 30-day return period – just to give you time to think about whether that new balcony screen, planter, or balcony bar really has a place on your balcony. Take your time – it’s always best to think it over with a drink on the balcony.

What exactly does the return period entail?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it.
You can inspect and hold the product, just as you would in a store.
However, testing or using it (such as hanging it outside or installing it) is not permitted.
Please ensure that everything is returned neatly and complete. The original packaging must also be included.

Exceptions – what cannot be returned?

Some products are custom-made or personalized for you. This includes custom-sized balcony screens and balcony stickers. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these products for return – understandably, as we cannot resell them.

How do I make use of my return period?

Returning an item is very easy – you can arrange it in just a few clicks via our returns portal. All you need is your original track & trace code (which you can find in your shipping confirmation).
